Returning an Item

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging included. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is damaged or defective. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Products
