Normally, orders are shipped within 1-3 working days after payment is confirmed. However, during peak seasons, it may take up to 5-7 working days for your order to be shipped. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed so that you know when to expect your package.

We use fast, dedicated air shipping lines for all orders shipped to the USA, Canada, and most EU countries. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your order will depend on the product you purchased and the shipping method you choose. Typically, the ETA is between 3-18 working days. When you order multiple products, your items may come from different designers, and as a result, may be shipped in separate packages at different times. This is because we work with a network of designers to offer you a wide variety of high-quality products. We typically do not include any invoices or documentation with our shipments to avoid any potential customs duties or fees. In addition, we declare each bag to be less than 20 USD and mark it as a gift to further reduce the likelihood of any customs duties or fees being applied. If you want to avoid any potential duty fees, we recommend selecting the shipping option that includes tax. We have shipped over 10,000 parcels in 2022, and 99.7% of them passed through customs without any issues, so rest assured that we take measures to ensure a smooth delivery process for all of our customers.
